Homeville-房主协会高级Moto CMS 3模板

This was my first time using a MOTO CMS template. Pricier template (almost double the cost of other templates) vs. other template monster templates, however, it does allow you to build a DIY website right out of the box without a ton of coding experience. In my mind, probably worth it to pay a little more on the front end to save time in layout/custom design. I got my homeowners association site up and running within a matter of days. I found the Homeville template pretty intuitive and flexible enough for both beginners and experienced developers. This pre-designed homeowner association template can be easily customized by dragging and dropping elements from the admin panel. For our HOA, this site builder offered some solid features, graphics, and functionality. Particularly liked the SEO options, social media integration, responsive design, and integration with Google webmaster tools. I did find the blog / news feature a little cumbersome and less than optimal. It didn’t seem to have standard blogging functionality. Lots of manual placement of news features. Archiving posts lacking. So, if you are looking for a serious blogging platform, this template is probably not the right fit. Also, if you are looking to add an ecommerce option, it looks like there is an added cost. We weren’t, so I didn’t explore in great depth. Also, template upgrades are only free for a year and are a little clunky when they are bundled in with a template monster purchase. You can’t create an account directly with Moto CMS for free upgrades. Overall, a costlier theme than most, and will have to pay for upgrades after a year, but I generally liked Homeville for our needs. I liked it’s speed to launch, clean design, and strong basic functionality that my homeowners association needed. I’m confident that as new board members come and go, they will be able to quickly learn how to modify and update the site to reach homeowners in our community.

I am enjoying exploring CMS Moto's template. It was a bit pricey for a template but I was too booked to build this from scratch and needed a quick solution for one of my clients. So ultimately, the price was worth it for me. I've been in web dev for 24 years and had never tried their products before. I find their platform different and interesting. Definitely well thought out and a lot of work went into their build. I will definitely consider their products again in the future.
